At AJ Sports, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the right equipment for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your AJ Sports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective wrappings are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned sports equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
